Oh yes I do👋 It's horrible for me in the morning specially! I notice stretching & lite walks on the treadmill seemed to help…! When I just can't take I pop a pain pill like Tylenol or just something for pain, good luck to you my dear!

Most mornings I'm like the tin man from the Wizard of Oz, or a manic penguin, flapping around unable to raise my arms.

Yes, I had terrible stiffness for a couple of years - I was bent double when I first got up and could hardly walk to the bathroom.  (FYI I am fit and very supple).  It doesn't happen any more so I guess it was just a menopausal phase. So hang in there - it does get better! x

Yes. I've always had trouble with my knees because I was an athlete in high school and college. Now I have stiff shoulders. It gets better after a hot shower. Walking is a toss up. Sometimes it makes it better sometimes worse. I use Salon Pas patches in my knees ansd rub my shoulders with avocado oil with a few drops of ginger oil in it. Ginger is supposed to help with arthritis.
