Hi all,

It's been fantastic to read through everyone's comments and it really helps to know we're all going through it together and can help each other. It's a while since I posted so thought I would update. I've been on the blues since the end of September and have lost 2 stone 10 pounds as of today!! I'm such a foodie and find it so hard but you have all kept me going - thank you.

Just another 2 stone to go now!

Lots of luck everyone

can I ask has your weight loss been a consistent amount each week or has it been highs and lows ?

    hey suza,

ive tried orlistat, i loved them, in two months i lost 5kilo (roughly 11 pound), which might not sound like alot but i didnt have much exercise. first month i lost a lot more then second. but then i got ill and have had to stop taking my tablets, however ive still maintained the weightloss...they always say the slower it comes of the slower it goes back on.

are you think of getting these of the doc?

yes thanks, wouldn't take them without medical advice and to be honest much cheaper to go down that route as I also see the nurse at the surgery for weigh ins and advice. Only going fortnightly so won't be going until Thursday after next when I would of been on a month, hoping the of lost at least 10lbs by then

    Hi Suza,

I've been losing 2-3 pounds a week. Had a blip over Christmas and gained a couple of pounds but have got back on track now. Just hope it keeps coming off!!

    Good luck
