Still worrying I have a tumor :(

I went to the doctors on Wednesday describe all of my symptoms leg/arm weakness, tingly fingers and toes, pressure in head all for past week. Everything's pretty much gotten better and the pressure has gone done from a 10 being it's worse which now I'd say is about a 2. It's more of w dull pressure not lasting constantly. Ibuprofen does seem to help but I know it's not good to take all the time and daily so I try and take as little as I can but it's been hard. Doctor said since my symptoms are getting better she is pretty positive it's not a tumor and could be an array of things but couldn't give me a definite answer. She said if it were tumor symptoms wouldn't get better but would get worse and I would have vision and hearing changes throwing up a lot etc. she kept saying not to worry myself about it and I was going to be ok. It helped for that day and yesterday mostly until the pressure see me for get start to intensify a bit yesterday evening but then I got better (I had some glasses of wine lol). I dont want to worry bc my dr knows what she's talking about but I still wonder wtf could this be?! Why would I have head pressure like this for a week now?! It's scary...any advice?

I have the head pressure along with my tingles/numbness and numb face all day every day ,my left hand sometimes feels numb but is always tingly,my feet never stop tingling, ive been checked out by neuro doc so i know its all ok but still hard to accept that anxiety causes all this, sometimes my whole head feels numb and my scalp is tingly ,every symptom freaks me out and when i get an extra one i go into full panic mode i also feel like i have vision problems,my eyes feel like they dont work together, this is all day every day for me,i have chronic health anxiety but every day im strugglingvto accept that it can cause such intense horrible symptoms x

Your eye feel like they dont work together? Sarah have you seen an opthamologist. Actually is there a way you can see a specilaist called a nuero ophthalmologist. I have eye issues and i know that anxiety can do so many weird things and it does but saying that im sure ive noted this before just clear an exam if possible with a nuero opthamologist if possible to get that referal. i was sent by my opthamologist. Never heard of one before that. One of the signs i had before i knew i had issues was that.. it was weird. There were other signs as well but that was one of them. I have issues with my optic nerve by the way. I have other issues too with the eyes which i pray for miracle here but eye stuff should be checked out and  not with an optician they arent qualified for this. This doesnt mean you have what i have at all but i know what that feels like. I too have weird tingly stuff and all that i do feel thats from tmj that are classic to tmj it irratates  the trigemenal (i cant spell)  nerve from clenching which by the way can effect the eyes too. The only saving grace to bad tmj (from anxiety) is that supposedly from what i have been reading is it on its own due to aging starts reversing around age 50. Im waiting for the reversal lol  The tingling is from nerve irritation. I know we all have anxiety and you want to push everything into that category, or i did but there are not  trade off either so i strongly feel let a specialist rule out eye stuff. If you already did thats great.

For you lori...... here what you can do about. Although you noted you have been feeling better. Tingling and numbness fall into classic anxiety symptoms can be helped by rehydrating your body fully thats half your body weight in ounces, Magnesium and potassium foods like apricots, avacadoes and bananas and magnessium  flakes foot soaks half a cup in warm eater for half an hour.  Have your b12 level checked that too can cause that. Its a quick bloodtest not in the normal bloodtests they give.as for the headaches anyone who worries a lot will get headaches. Muscle tensing, too much thinking very very common the same advice would hold with the hydrations and such. There is no "cure" at this time for an anxiety disorder its comolex so all that can be done is properly supplying the body with what it needs to function..hydration, suppliments if needed, healthy diet, sleep, exercise and some form of calming..meditation, walking, therapy, massages, acupuncture, chiro, whatever resonates with you personally. Massages they even have in nail spas for a treat. The cost is more reasonable there. When anxiety gets to the point its all you think about and all you feel are aches and pains medication should be considered as a viable option, still not a cure but its availabke to thise who need it.  It would help you loads to accept the resukts of tests run by doctors and exams tiven. Hopefully younhave fully been examined. Searching for a mystery disease will sabatoge you. I hooe that helps you and yes its frustrating and frieightening at times but it is the reality of what an anxiety disorder does. You tube has plenty of videos on oanic attacks, oanic disorders, gad, and so in to learn more. If there was a magic wand or a magic pill to make this all stop we all would take it and this forum and most of the psychological field would not exist. I hooe you feel better.

My doctor decided to treat me for Lyme disease which seems like a good fit but I wanted the test done. I left Atlanta and went to my hometown of Nashville to the er and I'm waiting in the results. There is no way all these symptoms are anxiety. My ear pressure is at a 10. Constantly popping my ears.

      How are you?

Today is a bad day every day is different! I just wish I could be like I was a year ago... 22 care free and never worrying

Emily if today was bad day that means some good days are on their way. Stay strong it will pass, it always does and you'll catch a break in all this. There is just noway to go back in time. Stop thinking that it will sadden you. Push forward love. Push forward. Ive had a not so good day  so far myself it can always just change to a good one if symptoms calm down. it doesnt get to win. I dont care if its an illness or if its anxiety it does not get to win. Right?
