Stomach/Abdomanal pain

Hi, I am a male 45 years old, I have slight pain for the last 10 years, I had CT Scan, CT Scan with contrast, blood work, Endoscopy long time back when I noticed first time, every thing came normal.

but pain is same, same intensity, it's very light pain, but almost consistently for the last 10 years.

few months back I again had MRI for Upper abdomen

output is

There is evidence of small simple cortical cyst measuring 6X5 mm appearing hyperintense on T2W & hypointense on T1W seen at lower pole of right kidney.

Visualized bowel loops appear grossly normal.

No free fluid is seen in the peritoneal cavity.

Impression: MRI Upper abdomen reveals:-

"Right simple renal cortical cyst".

Location of pain is: Right side ,below rib cage and above naval, also between both ribs(lower side).

my best guess is pain is near Stomach, spleen, pancreas, liver, gall bladder

Somebody please advise, what should I do next..Thanks in advance

Since you have had a diagnosis of a cyst on your kidney, you will need to go back to your doctor and ask for anything you don't understand to be explained to you in plain English. I would have thought your specialist would have explained everything to you at your follow up appointment. You will get accurate answers there, Unfortunately, we are not doctors here and cannot diagnose, so see your doctor again.
