I been having like sharp pain once in a while under my left breast feels like my rib I don't know but it doesn't hurt all the time and it don't hurt when I breathe in either it just sharp comes quick and leaves pretty quick anybody know about this or have this

Probably gas. Try simethicone anti-gas tablets.

I had sharp, throbbing and stabbing pains under both ribs, all over my breasts, down the front of my ribcage and a little around the middle of my back. It was diagnosed as costochondritis which cleared up after three months on its own as my doctor predicted.
