So i quit my meds after 6 months, at first i thought i was better but i just started going downhill, now that i have 2 weeks off them, im feeling better each day that goes by, i want to give myself the chance to better myself without meds. This has been a rollercoaster, and wish everyone here luck, and just have patience with all this, im always here if anyone wants to chat.

Good to hear someone is having positive results. I quit the Flu about 23 days ago and I still feel terrible. I was hoping, like you, that I would get better without drugs. I've tried so many for my anxiety that I was convinced they were all making it worse so I decided to quit. Well, for me, unfortunately I think I will need to find a drug that willl help me.

thanks for your response...I have had a pretty good experience so far but the months of December and January will be the true test as that is my busiest and most stressful time at work. It's not a "miracle pill" but I am on a low dose, and I have noticed not feeling quite as overwhelmed on Monday mornings as I usually have. Going to the doc in 9 days to discuss / possibly up the dosage

I have been on mine for 6 months and want to eventually get off of them cause I feel pretty much better. I think I'll feel better once I'm done taking them. But idk I'm nervous
