Good to hear someone is having positive results. I quit the Flu about 23 days ago and I still feel terrible. I was hoping, like you, that I would get better without drugs. I've tried so many for my anxiety that I was convinced they were all making it worse so I decided to quit. Well, for me, unfortunately I think I will need to find a drug that willl help me.

thanks for your response...I have had a pretty good experience so far but the months of December and January will be the true test as that is my busiest and most stressful time at work.  It's not a "miracle pill" but I am on a low dose, and I have noticed not feeling quite as overwhelmed on Monday mornings as I usually have.  Going to the doc in 9 days to discuss / possibly up the dosage

Did you gradually get off them or did you just stop taking them altogether?

i came off them slowly,i tappered myself off. I was feeling much much better, but my neck pain slowly crept up and i went to see neurologist and she gave me gabapetin which i only took for 1 week then stopped because it spiked my anixety and now im trying to clean my system completely off all drugs. i think my body has low tolerance for meds...i start feeling crazy, jumpy, like high
