Straightening leg

during the night my leg curls up and I have difficulty straightening it out. It hurts to do so. Otherwise my degrees is 130 and I walk alone.does anyone have this problem?

    Hi

    I have this problem so i have to wear a brace on my leg at night,if i dont my leg is stuck in a bent position and cant put my foot on floor.i physically cant move until knee "drops".well done for getting 130 degrees

    ya, its been months this way for me. i had an acke surgery in october, then lysis of adhesions and manipulation in january. unfortunately, my leg isn't much better now. still can't walk properly, and when i walk its painful. how long since your surgery?

      Surgery was January 5. Almost three months. I just finishedPT.135 degrees . Iam walking well but each step hurts a little.I cannot believe all the different situations from TKR.According to the therapist this could go on for a year but will improve. I did not realize it's such a long process.Brenda

    Yes my leg is stiff when I wake up so do a few stretches albeit through gritted teeth and massage with bio oil - my op was in Feb 2015 and am feeling the benefit at long last
