Strange anxiety symtoms ?

Posted , 5 users are following.

Ive suffered anxiety for years, had the simple symtoms like heart beating fast, dizziness etc. What i would give to get those symtoms back. I now suffer with a numb tingling feeling in my cheek, but when i feel my cheek its fine. I also have strange vibrations in my head, like a tremor feeling. Now i can handle heart palpatations etc, but these new symptoms are horrendous for me and making me worse. Anyone else get strange symptoms ?

The tremor feeling in your head I think sounds a bit like what I have been getting the only way I can describe it is like palpitations but in my head! Does that sound similar?

What medication are you on? My mother was on a med that gave her head zaps if she missed even one dose. I believe it was celexa

Hi Stacey, I have similar symptoms . Beside heart palpitations , dizziness etc. I have also tingling in my cheek , under my eye . But I don't have vibrations in my head . Just headache often . Talk to your doctor about head vibrations . Maybe he will send you to do some tests . And after they come negative , then I hope you will find peace . Maybe it's just another anxiety

symptom ? All the best !

The Autonomic Nervous System controls many involuntary body functions in the circulatory (cardiac), digestive, metabolic, endocrine, and immune systems.  Something bothering the ANS may manifest in any of these systems and consciously manifest as anxiety.  Please look up Dysautonomia - dizziness may be part of POTS.  Also, magnesium deficiency can cause weird symptoms and pains (Magnesium Sulfate is sometimes given IV in the ER to prevent seizures).  If magnesium supplements cause stomach upset, lotions and soaps with magnesium can help, and soaking in Epsom Salts.  Food allergies can do weird things too.  SSRI drugs can cause brain zaps and other weird side effects.  If antihistamines like Zantac (ranitidine) or Atarax help with anxiety, the problem may be in the immune system and overactive mast cells (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome).

Yes i know this feeling. Actual vibrations. To ,y knowledge and what my ent said it is oart of an issue with your eustatian tube. Whether its dusfunctional, retracted, swelled or clogged. The pressures become unequal. Youd feel this and it so maddening and weird. Sinus issues will cause this as well ymj ince it gets bad causes issues with everything as it oushed and oresses nerves and the sinus and eustatian tube.  Anither specialist told me its called bibrational tinnitus. Same theory as what i just said. I have ni cure, im on prayer to be honest. I have had a bad year with colds as well.

Tmj*. Sorry many typos. .....I do use magnessium flake foot soaks. And some healing mediatations. One remidy was oddly to hum a lot to vibrate everything to clear it up. Cant say I really got into that as yet. I also take a b comolex amd get b12 injections so its not that.
