I'm a slightly overweight male in my late 20s and last night I noticed these weird scabs on the bottom of my stomach. There's a patch on the right side of my stomach (image attached) and one single scab on the left side. I don't whether I scraped my stomach on something without realizing or if it's something like scabies. They don't itch at all, or even hurt.
