Strange sensitivity on my penis corona

On the right side of the tip of my penis along the corona, there's a strange spot of sensitivity. It actually feels good to pinch really hard not with my nails but with my finger tips. I get relief this way and I started off with pinching until I got used to it and pinching stopped working unless I did it harder for a prolonged period of time. Then I began flicking it. If i don't pinch or flick it, it starts to feel and antsy and uncomfortable. its a very small spot, if i pinch anywhere else it feels painful

    I also have pearly penile papules that i like to flick and pinch if its in the sensitivity area
