took 50mg 5htp and smoked marajuana then listened to music with headphones.
Had multiple episodes of peircing tinnitus with uncomfortable intense head pressure for 3-4 days which is worse at night. I now have sound intolerance and a mild sensation of pressure, and that something feels wrong in my head. This is made worse when i eat a large meal or even sip some coffee or alcohol, it has been 2 weeks since. Any advice?
