Had a lot of stress yesterday problems with children so this morning my IBS has kicked of really bad sat on loo at 5 am been on twice since o the joy x

    Hi Susan ,I was just the same this morning at 5.30 and then 3 more times until 7.30 and that's with taking lepicol (Regucol) twice yesterday ,don't have any pain really just the cramping with the looseness .God only knows what ide be like with out the fiber supplement.Seeing my GP on Wednesday as he wants an update on how I am coping without the Loperomide.Ive also lost more weight which I don't like.

      I haven't taken fybergel today thought I would give it a miss to see if it helps Seeing my DR on Friday then paying to see specialist next week x

      I'm sure the Lepicol is the same as the Fybogel but without the sweeteners,it's supposed to help with bulking the stool up so it helps with diahreea and constipation, I'm a little fed up today and feeling sorry for myself,not getting enough sleep doesn't help.Hope you get some help from the specialist.

    Yes my mom had IBS and stress made her run to the bathroom. She found taking a mild anti anxiety helped her.

      I just need to not let things get me down. I have always had a nervous stomach x

      Some days I feel DD takes over my life But I am trying not to let that happen. X
