Suffering side effects from stopping birth control pills!!!

I stopped taking my birth control pills 7 weeks ago and ai'm experiencing adverse side effects sad panic attacks, anxiety, depression..

What's worse for me are the physical symptoms i feel - nausea, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness and a lot more!

Anybody here going through the same experience?

    Hi Martha...so sorry to hear you're going through all these things. I stopped the pill because it was giving me anxiety and some insomnia. That was 2 weeks ago. My anxiety has been through the roof ever since...the irony!! I'm on day 3 of sertraline to treat the anxiety and doc has also given me diazepam for  severe bouts. Hormones, whether our on or synthetic, can have a massive affect on our mental health. Go to your doc, explain what's been happening and ask for something to help you through it.  Get well soon xx
