Hi there I'm a 21 year old female. In march I had a miscarriage. Since then I feel as though my body has changed for example my periods are a lot heavier etc (sorry if too much info) the last 3 months I have been going to and from the drs and have been signed off work with Anxiety.
I feel as though something is causing this anxiety as I have been having other symptoms such as sweats, unable to bear the heat, dizziness, palpitations, feelings of adrenaline rushes, nervousness, feeling tired all the time and having no energy. I feel as though I have something in my throat as I swallow however this was put down to anxiety and reflux.
I've had a lot of bloods done. My white blood count and neutrophils have been low however they said this is normal for me.
I have also had my thyroid checked and my free t4 was 15.9 and my TSH was 0.70 (is this a normal reading??)
I just feel like there is something causing these symptoms. Has anyone else had the same experience??

Though lab test results are similar in each laboratory, they do differ slightly from lab to lab which is why it is recommended when you post to Boards like this that you also post the ranges for normal for your particular lab (usually found in brackets beside your test results). Your thyroid test results would be considered in the normal range in my lab but you are at the higher end of the normal range with a TSH of 0.70. Is there anything stressful going on in your life? Stress was what caused my hyperthyroidism, I believe. If it were me, I would also get tested for vitamin D and Magnesium levels and other vitamins & minerals, usually done by a Naturopath and if deficient, start supplementing.

Get your hormone levels checked and your vits and minerals as has already been suggested by another reply...also make sure you get your B12 checked a very important vitamin for wellbeing...if this is low low you will feel fatigue and weakness, nervousness and very low energy...best wishes...
