sunflower seed and linseed reason of side effect - Oil?

Hi

Today I saw for the first time orange Oil ...

I looking for the reason..

Do you and think it can be linseed and sunflower seed as oils are made

from them. I added them few days ago to my diet as a healthy snack With natural yogurt. I also had 2 small cookies on the party few days ago....

    Hi Yes to all of those as the tablets do not see them as good fats and the biscuits would cause it aswell

    Hi, u are not meant to eat anything over 5g of fat per 100g and oil is about 42g per 100g.... Say no more!!!

    Ok so even If its healthy I should stop to eat them. Thank you so much for your advise.

      Yes no more than 5g per 100g 15g a meal no more than 45g fat a day x

      You shouldn't eat anymore than 5g per 100g and no more than 15g per meal. These tablets get rid of the fat so your body don't absorb it that's why your getting oil.

      I lost nearly 4 stone on them but u have gotta stay low fat else you will have accidents and they are not nice!!

      Healthy or not you need to keep the fat low!!

    just stick to low fat foods as the effects can be horrible, good luck x
