My plan stay on the low fat diet and exercise more when I am able too. Rest and drink lots of water. I got feeling like me Dececember 8 but yesterday started hurting again.

It took me a month to feel good. Don't over do it. I had one day I over did it and it wasn't worth the extra pain. Bending is hard. That got better but got worse again yesterday.

Walk around your house some at a time, add more laps if you can. Start slow with a lap or two and then add more. Use ice packs to help with the pain. The keyhole at your belly button will hurt the most.

Stuart if you have any other questions just ask.

Take it easy. No dairies, skim milk is fine.

Just realised the dates on the thread, must be the drugs confusing me. Im a little worried about toileting as i feel any 'strain' will make me pop.

      Thanks for replying.

No problem Stuart. This sight is to help people. Since Dec. 19 my belly button started hurting really bad again. So I had some time feeling great.

I take miralax to help go number two. Drink a lot of water. My surgeon put me on stool softners until I good go number two.

If its hard to pee bend down a little, it helps. It was hard to pee at first for me.

Sounds like you are on stronger meds then I was, I have allergies to most pain killers, they make me throw up. You will be confused but it will become less in time. They won't let you stay on those pills past two weeks.

Any questions just ask. Just stay on your low fat diet and no lifting. I guess set backs are common, I wish it wasn't since Christmas is coming and I thought I would be pain free.
