Swelling and stomach after surgery

I had surgery almost a month ago but am still very swollen and my stomach is very distended.  Does anyone know when this goes away?

    I am 1 month tomorrow. I still have very little belly left. Still get some pain twitches but a minimal. I just eat properly stretch daily and finally have started the gym again. I think it’s important to eat properly and small meals . I have a lot fruits and oatmeal daily not sure if this helped and also take daily supplements . I have read that it takes time for some maybe 6 weeks.

    My fiance was like that 6 months after stay away from greasey foods and dairy i was somedays wishing he never had it done but i changed my mind after the 6 months he cam eat what he used to amd no problems some times still he gets a bit nauseous but thats nothing to how he was be patient it will get better ir body may look like its healing well but u are healing from the inside get rest and it does get better
