Shelagh's right it will pass.  I had a couple of weeks where I couldn't use the stairs and had to use crutches to lean on but it did pass. Have you tried soaking in epsom salts? Try not to fret too much - easier said than done I know but stressing will just make it seem worse.  I use an isulated cup with lid so at least I can have a drink without sharing it with the floor when I get the shakes.  Take care and I do hope tomorrow is easier.

Maggers is right, try the Epsom salts soak, I've just ordered 3kg for £10 off Amazon, delivery tomorrow at no extra charge. If you have a foot spa use it with a bit of the Epsom salts to help your feet and use a bowl of it on your hands.

I started with bad knee pain years ago that was where mine started it has got worse lately im not sure why as im not doing anything strenuous and i struggle somedays to walk properly i also lose my balance as my legs can be weak. as of last week i now have fluid on my legs and im not sure why. im a size 12. i have to go for tests soon to see what is happening there. when did you find your hands started to shake? mine swell up and go bright red and are very painful to touch and move sometimes. i struggle some days picking up the kettlesad

Hi Melissa, hands seem to be the biggest problem just now, for me it goes along with the hotter weather. I have a cold pad I use but even running them under the cold tap or, if that hurts, just putting them in a bowl of cold water helps. I stagger as if I'm drunk, forget simple words and names, my hands swell, I can't even make a fist, my back is agony, feet hurt, the only thing that keeps me going is, it won't last forever!

take care Melissa, try not to worry, big hugs

    Hi Hotpicks

I know exactly how you feel, I have very sore and painful  knees every day. And to ease it I put hot water bottles on them. Today is an extremley bad day, I am aching from head to toe. Think I am suffering more from driving my car yesterday. Can't do anything much can we, without our friend Fibro punishing us. Hope you are feeling a little better today.biggrin

Hi to you Hopicks and Anne;   knowing how you are both feeling....wondering if you have thought of trialing some Hydro-cortisone injections into knees....a few years ago, when I was having a lot of pain in my joints....had some given into joints by a Rhuematologist, and they have helped me immensely....it took a few goes (I would have 3 joints done at a time, over a period of time, but havn't needed one for a couple of years now)..but felt it to be worth the pain of the injections, for the relief it has given me, now......I do use Osteo Gloves in Winter, if pain comes back into fingers, if at all,  light ones (from Aldi..not the heavy ones with Magnets in, as they didn't work)....thought this maybe an answer for you with your knees????     Bron
