Swollen, burning, itchy rash/bumps on labia and vaginal opening - what is it!?

Overnight I have developed swollen, painful labia that's also quite itchy and I've noticed a rash/blisters/bumps in the opening of my vagina that is very painful - I can't tell if these are blisters or just bumps but they're light in colour and are only on the swollen parts of my vagina. I haven't had sex recently and due to the swelling and pain it doesn't feel like a yeast infection. I once gave my labia an accidental chemical burn that gave me similar swelling, pain, and blisters however I haven't used anything down there! I recently changed my soap so was thinking some could have made its way down there and caused an allergic reaction? Or is it just a really bad case of thrush? I've been trying to google what it could be and I'm getting worried it could be herpes due to the painful rash/bumps on my vaginal opening - I've only had sex with my most recent partner of 6 years so I'm struggling to see what this could be! I've started using Thrush cream and sudocrem and I've also taken a tablet for thrush just in case but the swelling, itching, and pain are still as persistent! I'll attach some pictures of the blisters/bumps/rash - please help me figure out what this is! I just want to pee without a burning pain!
