Hey,
So because of this COVID-19 crisis, its a little bit of a hustle to go to a doctor, so I'll need your advice
I am 28, and sexually active with different partners.
I have this weird little dots since one month, and they get a little bit of a swell.
it doesn't itch or give me any pain, but I am quite worried because it looks like its getting spread.
Pics attached.
hope you can help identify what it is.

Where is the specific location of dots you are concerned about: on the corona / rim of the head of your penis, or at the very top of the shaft of your penis ..... ?

I am worried mainly under the corona of the head, on the top of the shaft
it looks like nothing I encounter with online..

Photo one is not distinct enough to make any comment other than to say what I can see has been like that for some considerable period of years.
Photo 2 however, working from right to left I see a collection of what looks like loose foreskin immediately under the head of your penis, but on the shaft. Are you concerned about this?
Slightly further to the left of this there are a row of dots or spots that are across the main part of your shaft from top to bottom. Is this what you are concerned about?
If so, while I am certainly no expert on the presentation of STD's these look more like spots that are naturally present on the penis - while most of these develop at a younger age it is known that these can develop up until the age of around 32.
You would be best advised to get them checked at a sexual health service prior to any further sexual encounters ....
