Swollen lymph nodes in the back of my head/neck someone help please

Hello everyone I’m just wondering does anybody else have swollen lymph nodes around the back of there head or the back of there neck, I’ve had a swollen lymph node for months there now an will I be fine if the lymph node stays swollen for the sorest of my life cause at the moment I’m worrying about it a bit I’ve alresy been to a doctor an he said it’s fine but I just want to know if it stays swollen will I be fine any help would be appreciated.
