Swollen small bulge around urethra, red dots on head, mild constant burning sensation at tip

Hi, I'd really appreciate some advice here please.
Picture on the left shows what it looked like for the first 1 - 2 days. Just a raised lump around the tip and 1-2 smallish red dots on the middle left side of the head. No other symptoms, just visual. Days 3-4 I noticed lots of red dots on the head, that raised slightly over the course of the day after they first appeared. Also, the swelling around the tip got a bit bigger. Since then things seem to have stabilised.
Since then I've had a very mild but constant burning sensation, and in the mornings especially it feels like there is a constant, slow leak from my penis. However, when I check in the bathroom, there is only ever a very slight little white crust around the edge of the tip and no visible discharge in my boxers, so it must be mostly a sensation thing.
I had protected sex (and unprotected oral both ways) 3 weeks ago but I'm thinking this may be a fungal infection after some research? Over the last few weeks I've started showering twice a day, mornings and nights, so I guess maybe I've got rid of some good bacteria and destabilised things? Sometimes I get soap in the tip and it burns and I'm assuming this won't have done me any favours? I had STD tests almost 2 weeks ago for chlamydia, ghonorrea, syphillis, and HIV, and they all came back negative, but based on pictures this looks like it could also be chlamydia (though some websites seem to use the same images for different conditions! which doesn't help...)

it definitely looks fungal. you'll like get some better insight after a while but yeah.

try for some swab tests for chlamidya my understanding is that the pee test is only so good. it's possible is no STI, many have similar symptoms from sex and even no actual sex , from disrupting the natural flora with chemicals etc etc. Unfortunately bud is a case of one by one ruling things out. get multiple STI tests , see doc and they will likely prescribe some anti fungal cream. when you pee now, make sure to blot up any drops , and wash with just water, and dry it properly gently with kitchen towel. so many things come out of the blue with male d**** and it is so stressful and alarming. But many do get it sorted quite quickly, just need to get right diagnosis, and to do that means ruling things out one by one. good luck man

and whatever you do mate, don't have the genius idea that I and many others on here had : throw all kinds of random kill chemicals at their penis head, trust me ,you dont want that on top. the skin goes to pieces !

Thanks John. Haven't put anything on it and it's clearing up nicely. Looks like it did in the first pic now. Got an appointment at the STD clinic tomorrow but im hoping this was just a fungal flare up that's on it's way out now!
