I find it somewhat puzzling that so many people come on this or any other forum seeking information for symptoms or conditions that could be detrimental to health or contribute to the spread of disease.
When it comes to spots, bumps, pain or irregular texture of penis, why are you asking questions here. Asking if it could be an STD is insane, a doctor needs to do an examination and make an educated evaluation. Stop the spread of disease by asking these questions and seek professional help.
Testicular, abdominal pain can be signs of serious, even lift altering problems. Again, you need medical expertise to evaluate your symptoms. We may have similar symptoms and totally different conditions.
When you do see a doctor and get a diagnoses it would be great to share that information but please don't ask for a diagnoses on the internet.
NOT trying to be nasty but I am concerned about your safety and well being. I just lost a close friend due to prostate cancer. He hadn't seen a doctor in over 25 yrs and relied on friends comments and suggestions.
Blessings and good/better health to all

That's so true. However, even seeing a doctor isn't always safe as doctors are overworked and not necessarily experts and do often put the incorrect diagnosis based on not locating where the exact problem is in the body or knowing enough about it. I have got incorrect diagnosis several times myself or that issues weren't detected. People must not believe that doctors are some sort of God-like creature. One friend of mine who suspected having testicular canser was just sent home by the doctor being told he was healthy. When he didn't settle with the doctors judgment he returned to his office later on and it turned out that it was still testicular canser and was then immediately sent for surgery. If he had settled with what the doctor said, he'd be gone by now. The same doctor sent a female patient home with breast canser, doing the same mistake with her. The mother of a friend of mine felt ill and wanted to see her doctor, but his secretary sent this woman home æ although it later turned out that she suffered severe heart problems. She was saved in the last minute when she again returned not feeling any better. home telling her it was nothing and was then sent off for an imediately heart operation. I could go on with my list as I lost several family members to canser as the doctors didn't enough, but kept ignoring the patients symptomsor until the point when it was too late to do something about it. Often doctors thinks that people make things up if they complaint. My point is that trusting even the doctor isn't always safe. If somebody feel there's something wrong, seek help and if you can't settle with the answer then seek a second and third opinion. Surely see a doctor first, and another one if needed, but don't settle with the answer if you feel there's something more to it. Then also talks to others and compare stories. Unfortunately not all doctors knows what testicles shall feels like. I've went for check-ups myself as there's a lump attached to one of mine which isn't supposed to be there, but still isn't canser. I surely felt this lump very well and seeked a doctor. The female doctor felt nothing at all and said I made things up. I went to another private urologist and it turned out that there's something there which I've probably had since like forever but it isn't canser. My point is that it could've been, but the doctor didn't feel this extra lump at all. Which just adds to what I already know about doctors. They are regular, human beings with and education and a job that they suit the best that they manage, and they make mistakes just like everbody else. Just that their mistakes may get bigger consenses. That's why it's good to also have other options and when it comes to certain types of well-known contidions that's published on this forum, it seem quite obvious that there's no need to be conserned. It's more difficult if the problem is inside the body or not possible to see. Then one really can't rely on other peoples advices regardless of how well ment these advices may appear.

I've sometimes had similar reaction to some of the posts on this forum. I and others are often reminding questioners that we are not doctors and often recommending original posters to see their doctor. However, I've noticed, or discovered, that often the kind of posts you are referring to are from young men or even teenagers who may have reasons not to have yet seen a doctor. Sometimes, in some countries they do not have a welfare / health system and lack the money to go to a doctor. Sometimes they let embarassment stop them talking to their parents. I agree it is risky to diagnose at a distance - however, sometimes, especially if photos are posted, it is possible to advise or reassure. I think the best responses are from other men who have had similar ailments or concerns and can share their experiences as equals rather than experts.

You came on a forum about penis problems to complain about people talking about their penis problems? Rather odd. In case you weren't in the same boat, talking about your penis to a doctor is not exactly the easiest thing to do, especially when something may be wrong with it. A lot of families make sex a dirty secret that you should avoid talking about, or just not do it at all. This makes talking about sexual problems even harder. No need to criticize these guys because they are building up the courage to discuss these things with a doctor by hoping to find guys in the same boat who can vouch for the problem or solution.
