Symptoms are back.. I think

Hey guys.

I'm not too sure what's happening to me right now. I don't want to jump to conclusions like I always do and convince myself that I have a heart problem or a tumor. I recently started feeling this insane pressure in my head.

I just went through a very stressful situation with my son's dad and I'm not too sure if this is what triggered it or what.

The pressure feels like my brain can fit no more informaton. It's not painful, just really uncomfortable and unbearable. I can't sleep in peace because I feel half awake, like my brain doesn't want to sleep. I have been very irritable as well and my mood has been a little off.

What do you guys think of this?

Hey Tammi! Thank you for replying.

I haven't logged in a while. Everything was going so great for about a month. I was able to get out and take care of things I put on hold because of the anxiety. Now I'm having these other symptoms and it's soooooo uncomfortable.

Have you been taking meds still?

Wow that sucks! I'm guessing it's almost the same fealing I had when taking the prozac. I don't see my doctor again for another 2 months. I was thinking of making another appt for sooner though. I don't want to fall back into how I was a few months back.

Thank you! I hope all goes well with your doctor and the new med. Keep us posted

Try guided meditation.  It works wonders.  We need vacations from our anxieties, and this is a great free remedy.
