Symptoms of genital herpes advice?

Today I finally built up the courage to get tested, instead of choosing to live with doubt any longer. Recently I bumped into an ex friend of my boyfriends, to make it short he told me about how my boyfriend was cheating on me our whole relationship and how there are rumors of herpes going around. He said he wasn't sure if it was him, but that somebody in his friend group had it and that it was a possibility it was him. For the past few month, I've been experiencing a lot of irritation and itching down there. I do have issues with bv and yeast infections so I just chalked it being that. However, recently it was just so itchy that I couldn't stop scratching and I took a look down there and saw this near my anus. My boyfriend swears up and down that he's clean. He admitted to cheating within the first two months of us dating but that it was just sexting old flings on snapchat and how it didn't mean anything. He told me to get the test done and since hes clean and I was clean before I met him that I wouldn't come back with anything. I'm hoping i come back clean. I want a fresh start and idk how im going to date again if I have it. File size is too bigimage

    I also forgot to mention that we've been together for two going on three years and that I should know my results by Wednesday. I got blood work done as the sore healed by the time my appointment came around.

    hey.

    dont think that you dont have anything to offer just because you might have herpes. thats outrageous. youre still the same person. dont limit yourself to this person if theyve been dishonest with you and put you at risk of something like this. dont settle for ppl like that. i was diagnosed back in 2015 with hsv2 after leaving my then boyfriend. i me someone we moved in together and we just had a baby that i delivered completely naturally. this wont hinder your life and you wont always have outbreaks. the stigma around herpes is worse than the disease itself. dont beat yourself up over something that over 200 million people have and most people dont even know they have it so the number is way higher

      I got my results today and tested positive for Herpes type 2. I have so many mixed emotion rn. Apart of me feels lost, glad I know and angery. I called to tell him and he was in denial. He kept saying "I know for a fact you dont have it, you need to go get retested." "I dont have anything." "We can go to my doctor and get tested together." Honestly I hate that It took this to get me to realize how much of a liar he is. idk I feel so lost now and alone. Your'right im still the same person as before but I still cant help but feel so alone.

      im sorry your down and it turned out to be herpes after all. As you see tho we are all in this together its not the end of the world and you are not alone

    honestly doesn't look like it I'll get the same things on my butt sometimes they almost feel like fever blisters but I could be wrong I also have a similar spot on me as well hopefully it's not image
