Symptoms without white patches? Could it still be LS?

I have been experiencing symptoms on my labia since February 2020. It started off with an intense itch on my labia then it calmed down a bit and ever since then Ive been dealing with itchy, stinging, irritated sore skin down there. Some days my symptoms are better and I hardly notice them and other days it brings my whole mood down because every time I walk or move around I feel a prickly sensation on my upper labia like if I have tiny splinters under my skin and they poke me and make my skin feel itchy everytime I move! My skin will also feel like I have a small cut in certain spots and it will sting/itch for a few seconds and then goes away when I move again or scratch it. The weird thing is that I only experience symptoms when there is friction to the area like when I walk around or when my clothes rubs against my skin. If I am sitting still I dont feel the itchy or stinging sensation. I have looked at my skin down there and I dont notice any white patches but I do notice a slight discoloration ring around my labia skin. I have already seen my gyno twice about this issue. He said my skin looked fine, maybe a little irritated, and then he kind just brushed me off and gave me Lotrisone which I feel has been irritaing me and not really helping so far. Do my symptoms sound like LS even though I dont have white patches and I only experience symptoms when theres friction?
I've been reading tons of posts but no one seems to experience symptoms they same way I do, (e.g. only when theres friction). I guess I just need some reassurance from people who have already been diagnosed to tell me that this is probably what I have because at this point I dont know what else it could be. I swear Im not crazy!

Do you only experience symptoms only when theres friction like I do? Also what do you use to treat your LS?

just to say I have LS but no white patches. Just itching which drives me insane. My GP diagnosed L S. She said she could see it right at the back. Anyhow she prescribed Betnovate cream. Like you somedays I don't know I've got it and others the itch is back. Hope this helps.
