I think I have very mild tenesmus? I dont have pain but I have a strange sensation in my bum which is 100% more noticable when I'm walking around and doing things compared to sat down/relaxing.
does this sound like tenesmus? I'm not sure if its haemmoroid related or related to my Ulcerative Colitis?
Does this sound like a hemmoroid problem?
