Tension

Sorry I'm having a bad day today and debating whether to do doctors I suffer with tension headaches but today I have a headache not a bad one but it's there and my back feels all stiff and I feel off balance and abit woozy do u think this sounds serious?? I don't kno whether it's anxiety or not does anybody else get this??

    I feel the same way , I have a slight headache, and my back is like stiff and sore like my muscles are all tensed up my back hurts right . the middle

    Hi Kirsty it sounds like anxiety which is making you tense up , see the doctor maybe he can reassure you as with anxiety that's all we need to help the problem and there's no one better to tell us than the gp

    It's definately just anxiety and nothing worse! I suffer too and when I get anxious I get headaches and aches in my back and across my shoulders! Try and say to yourself it's the anxiety, that's what I do to stop my mind racing that it's something worse!

      Thankyou for the reply it's all in my face aswell my nose is that tension?? How do u deal with it?? I always think I've got a Brain tumour or something serious wrong with me,,

      I sometimes get a tingly feeling too by the side of my nose but I deal with it like I said just telling myself it's anxiety and nothing really serious can happen from anxiety, it's just all the different symptoms that can get you down! Have you had blood tests done? Mine all came back normal so that's one less thing to worry about!

      You're probably fine, I had mine done about 6 months ago when I had a complete breakdown with all the symptoms! I'm now on anti depressants but I'm in my 50's so mine could be menopause too!

      Go back and speak to your gp and I'm sure if he thought you needed a ct scan he would do it!

      Me too. Started at the nose...Now can go any where on the face. Or anywhere.But if i rub the spot it stops. Comes and goes. Makes me think of fibromylegia sometimes. I just started that in April. Two doctors (soecialists)  said allergies or sinus nothing to fear at all. But it is weird.

      Hey lose I'm.sorry for butting in on you guys convo , I just wanted to know do you feel it on top of your head or on the sides near your temples too ? And is it painful sometimes ?

      The tension you mean. headaches. I get all different ones. I get migranes at times. Those can be tough. Menapausal ones seem more intense then when i was youngerr. Hair gets sensitive. I massage the area by the hair and my head when it gets sensitive to touch. My daughter actually bought me some silly head messager gadet lol. But it feels ok to use it haha. Looks like a broken bunch of light wires. Urban had it. Some guy on tv said to lightly pull the hair where its sensitive. So i take a ponytail holder and grab the hair and make little pony tali in that area. That really feels good oddly. Oz did a show once on that.  The temples you can massage.

      The tingling stuff needs to stop. Thats newer since april on my face it annoys me. Im hoping my body figures that out and heals it cause i am just too sick amd tires of chasing symptoms already. I have mentioned it though on dr visits for other stuff.

      I'll try to start massaging the sore areas , but yeah I pretty much get all kinds of headaches with my anxiety as well , this makes me so sad , enough with all these symptoms , ive had it

    Take a hot shower its comforting in the muscles and buy some Ginger. Buy fresh ginger one inch and put it in a juicer then add four pieces of celery and one small green apple and drink. Every day will helo the off blance, or dizzy stuff. Oldddd remedy that works nice. Ginger is and always will be the best for dizzy stuff.

      Juicers are very very useful. They juice veggies, and kales and ginger and fruits..remkve the fiber and absord fast into your blood stream. Get all thise great vitamins the natural way. Then yiu dont have to worry if the vitamins are even working ir real. Exceot ine fruit inky oer drink. You dont want too much sugar
