Thanks, I've been doing more research for the last 2 hours and i think i am going to do a trial run on it. the only trouble i'm having is to know which foods are ok to eat. Anybody's tips on this will be really appreciated.

Hello I havebeen on these tablets for five weeks and feel so much better, more confidence that this time I can lose the weight. I look at all labels and make sure that fat content per 100g is 5% or less, this means shredded wheat, bran flakes, most weight watchers cereals, weetabix etc. Make sure that meat is very lean and is grilled or bbq. Jacket potatoes or boiled. If you slip up as I did with grilled sausage (I got severe stomach cramps after that so know to avoid sausage). One friend I have cannot take baked beans so I fear it is trial and error for everyone. Also I have been told to make sure sugar content is low, again weight watchers yoghurts are good for a dessert with sugar free jelly. Good luck and I hope this helps.

    hi sarah

i started the tablets this week and wish you luck . today i feel more confident in taking them due to reading the messages on this site and researching my self on the internet .

I have stuck to all low fat food so haven't had the orange oil experince yet. yesterday when i felt like eating things i shouldn't i made some soup which is fat free thought you might like the recipe it fills you up when you are having bad days .

    butter nut squash

    carrots onion

    garlic

i don't measure anything just put everything in my steamer and then when cooked i blend with the juices of the veg and add a lttle water and curry powder .you can add any seasoning you like doesn't have to be curry .

    once again

    good luck keep in touch
