Suddenly, there is this pricking pain inside...it feels too painful, air blocks in my throat and my eyes become watery.
The pain, it originates from the stomach, i am unable to handle it.....
Thoughts scarier than the pain comes to the mind and i am tired of looking for the the light to lighten that pain...
Will i listen to the scary thoughts ?
Thats the question isnt it?
Am i capable of doing it?
I keep asking myself that and i am left with one choice...
No pain or wait for happiness someday?
Gotta choose one soon....else there wont be a choice one day......

Hi Jane,
Chronic Depressive and Anxious thoughts are truly scary, I find my own sometimes terrifying .
There is always a way forward my friend. We often think we are weak and alone when dark thoughts strike but in reality that is the exact time we are at our strongest. We face the thoughts and fight when it seems easier to give in.
.
Talk to your Doctor, friends, family, partner, about the way you feel, if you are in UK call the Samaritains 1.1.6 1.2.3 or Sane helpline on 0.3.0.0 3.0.4 7.0.0.0, but NEVER EVER GIVE IN ! there is always hope for a brighter day and life is a precious gift not given to everyone.
Peace 🙏

please Jane don't give in to the pain and end it all. Every day doctor or trying to help people who are in pain. Scientists are discovering more information about how our bodies function and are coming up with cures. Have you been to see a therapist? It sounds like you could benefit from talking to someone. The people on this forum have many types of problems, and most of the time pain is the culprit. For me, my pain was physical, and needles to say, I now suffer with emotional pain. Why? It is hard to live day after day in pain. Hurting all the time with no relief. However, we can make it by finding a medicine that takes the edge off. Keeping busy, and lending a hand to those who are in a worse situation than you. Finding the most joy in those days when the pain is a little bit more bearable. I'm able to keep going because I understand that where are not I sitting, laying, or moving around, I still hurt. But by being busy, I am able to take my mind off of it. And when I am stationary, I tend to focus more on the hurt. Don't give up. We are here and believe me that you are not alone. Hoping to hear from you, Mina🤗

Babes, the answer is in your name. I'd highly recommend smoking some Mary Jane. It helped me when I need to stop the pain and thoughts. Today, I feel no emotions and it's better than feeling the bad emotions. I'm not sure if it was the weed or other things, but if it'll stop you from being pushed to the edge, I'd recommend it.
