I'll be 51 in a few months so my doctor says anytime now is good... 51 is the average age but I really think I'll be going much later.. I just keep taking my iron and pray that they slow down.

Hi Kim,
Yes unfortunately, in fact I have it terribly now and I'm not sure if it's triggered by a possible cycle coming or the slimming shakes i'm drinking to try and lose some of this added medication weight or stress because I'm about to travel again and leaving my house into real ppl areas is hard for me. I have been advised to have lavender scent in the room and bedroom for soothing and relaxing, self caring like looking at beautiful things like flowers and enjoying something, hot milk and honey drinks and self talk, telling yourself you're ok, you're alright, everything's going to be ok You're not alone Kim.
