sounds like it could be BV or trich. please DO NOT try to self treat it or put anything like tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar, salt bath, oils, lotions, soaps etc. those can worsen your problem or cause more/worse irritation. if youre in pain try taking advil or something. your best bet is to keep those areas dry and clean (use water only, no wipes or soaps). wait until you get your results for a further understanding

Update:got some results back,tested negative for everything(including BV and Trich).Herpes antibody IGG came back >8.0 for HVS-1 but i already knew this because i get cold sores sometimes in the winter seasons and came back negative for HVS-2 which was >0.2.Still waiting for more results,specifically the swab they took of my tear.

someone help me, im having a similar symptom for over a week...hasnt got worse just sores

Reposting in more detailI have not had sex since march 6th.On april 22nd after my period i started to feel tingling,burning.itching.pain in my genital area(anal and vaginal)i looked down there and my anus was a little red and irritated and vagina looked a little red.I made the horrible decision this passed saturday to shave with a dull old razor and then put on a thong,tight jeans and move out my apartment in the same day.That night i had very bad genital pain,pain in my legs/groin,burning, was experiencing strong vaginal odor,watery discharge with yellowish/green little stringy discharge,queefing,body aches and some pain and lymph node swelling in my lower abdomen.No fever or pain when peeing.Went to the OBGYN on monday morning and she looked at my anus and vagina and said she really doesnt think i have genital herpes though i did have a slight tear on inside of vulva she got a very good swab and i did a full panel std test,PCR,swab and blood test.Got my full panel back and everything came back negative besides HSV-1 which ive gotten cold sores since i was little from time to time.IGG Blood test results came back HSV-1 >8.0 and HSV-2 Negative >0.2.Mind you it had been 7 weeks from my last sexual encounter.she still does not believe i have it but had given me valtrex to take just incase and to ease my mind.She thinks if anything i have a horribe yeast infection.I did take a very strong 4 day antibiotic a little over a week prior to symptoms.Today i experienced alot of thicker discharge that looks like its more yeasty had a odd color and the original smell is slowly going away and being replaced with a sour yeasty smell.I would really really appreciate your opinion and any help you have to offer because i am wrecking myself with anxiety.also added symptom as of today feel like i need to go pee much more often.

UPDATE:HSV (1+2) DNA, QUAL, PCR, UNSPECIFIED SPECIMEN on 04/27/2020 the swabs came back negative for both HSV 1 + 2.she got a very good swab of a tear/possible lesion(it was not healed or in process of healing when she swabbed it) i had and im starting to begin to think that maybe it is a extremely severe case of yeast or thrush or some or sort of irritation,infection or reaction to a antibiotic also possibly hemorroids.please comment with your opinion or any knowledge it would be greatly appreciated.im still a little concerned but much less than i was before.
