Hi! Anxiety makes you think the worst. I do the same. It is probably nothing. Our bodies have lumps and little bumps. I always assume the worst and play that out on my head so I know what you are talking about. Relax. If you continue to be worried, go have it checked out. Do some deep breathing and relaxation. Are you taking any meds?

No not taking meds about a month ago I did go to the docs they ran blood tests and a urine test said I was fine and that it was just my anxiety and mind doing all this to me but I hate that I don't believe the docs or my family that I'm OK its like I'm just searching for something to be wrong with me IDK

I know what you mean about not believing doctors and family who tell you you are ok. I went through thinking that when I died, they would believe that I really had been sick! Hasn't happened yet! I take an antidepressant that helps with anxiety. I have taken one for 20 yrs. Tried getting off last summer and it was awful. Panic attacks worse than ever. You might want to talk to your doctor about medication to help. I hope you start to feel better soon.

I get dry mouth A LOT and it's all because of anxiety. When you have anxiety your body will take away fluids(saliva or what not) and move it to a place where it thinks it needs it, it's the flight of fight response. Also when you have anxiety you tend to breathe faster and through your mouth so it gets really dry. It is JUST your anxiety. I just went through this phase where every time I talked I gagged. I thought something was really wrong. I had my throat checked and all that but I was only doing to myself. Anxiety can cause so much weird symptoms that not even doctors or anyone can understand. But trust me. You are fine. All of us anxiety feelers go through this phase where there is something new and we feel like we are dying and obsess over it.
