I had my Anterior prolapse repair done in December 2015. Had problems after with damage to vaginal entrance nerves.
For the past few weeks I have felt like my prolapse is back to a degree. Can feel a slight bulging when I wipe myself, also have the urge to wee even after I have just been to the toilet.

Hi Barbara
I had a posterior repair done at the end of April this year. I returned to work mid July . I now have a front prolapse, hasn't felt good since just before I returned to work. I have had a pessary ring fitted today to be more comfortable and protect rear repair. I have been rereffered to hospital, listen to your body and see GP

Hi Cathy. It sounds like we have similar problem, would you tell me how you are finding the ring & if it was painful being fitted? I really don't want surgery again if I can avoid it however I would try anything to have a normal life again.
Good luck hun.

Matron my job as a technology department technician and art technician in a secondary school does mean some lifting but asking and waiting for help from busy caretaker to move or lift things takes time and teachers want things done yesterday.
Will see how I go and see GP for referral back.
Was operated on by urogynacologist at Royal Berkshire hospital but think he has now gone solely private now.

Lifting is unavoidable barbara for all of us but you must try and be careful although from what you have said it's not going to be easy. Can't the teachers lift? It's just a thought.

So very sorry to hear this! I'm just 6 1/2 weeks post op and definitely that is one of my worries, but so far so good. It sure is a slow healing process. It's too much pain to go through to not have good results. What does your Dr. say?
