I'm wondering the same thing. I'm assuming a lot. This really sucks.

1 in 4 women have it, 1 in 5 men have it. 457 million people have it 90% of them have no clue due to lack of symptoms. Some people never have outbreaks others have them regularly. Within the sexually active community those no. Increase. I know its common and a benign condition.
My only thing is i havent been diagnosed and i slept with someone while i was sick. I have jumped to the conclusion that he too would have caught it. But it is a reality and i feel like the worst person alive 😭

I've had it 21 years. Only way it changed your life is sexually. Just be aware and careful. I was married 10 years and my wife New about it and we never wore protection. Had 2 kids and never got it so we never really thought aboutit

change is worrying but in this case talking from experience it will only effect your life if you let it. (Hint don't
) research everything so you know what your up against and so you can understand your body and then you are fine but best research then hide it and pretend it does not exist. It will change your life in some aspects but not for the worse
