This is the second time I’m getting this..

in 2016 i had an encounter with someone, while we didnt have penetrative sex, there was no protection and his bodily fluids were on me. he was rather rough with my vaginal area and after a few days of that encounter i had 2 painful wound on the side of my labia.. i cant recall if there was any burning sensation when passing urine.

fast forward 4 years i was intimate was someone else.. we didnt have penetrative sex either but he was at the entrance of my vagina and also rubbed his penis along my clitoral region.. i wasnt as wet as i think i should have been.. anyways about 3-4 days after that i feel some soreness near my clitoral region and 1 raised bump on the side of labia.. i masturbated with a water jet and after that the clitoral soreness increased and there was slight blood ooze which stopped spontaneously.. anyways its been 1 week since my encounter.. and the soreness and ulcer like lesion hasnt resolved. i do not have any burning sensation..just itch and irritation when walking - friction burn kinda irritation, no pain when peeing, just pain when i use the bidet water to clean myself - when the water hits the sore region it hurts. i live in an asian country where its not easy to get tested without prejudice. i really hope these are friction induced ulcers and not herpes. i did not have any fever, nerve pain in my genital region and no enlarged lymphnodes ... i wouls appreciate some input for the pics i post here.. thank you.

it does resemble things i've seen.

has there been any burning, stinging, or tingling in the area?

burning tingling no.. slighty itchy yes. and there is lil bit of pain when the bidet water is strong and hits the two spots .. no pain on peeing, no fever, no swollen lymphnodes.
