THR in 2015, sharp stabbing pain in hip 2018

I had my right hip replaced in 2015 and for the last year I've experienced sharp pain in my hip, on the outside, like a bone on bone feeling. I've had CT scan, MRI, x-ray and blood work all in the past year and no one can tell me what is going on. I've recently had a bursa injection and got a little relief but the pain returned within a day or so. I'm doing physical therapy for IT Band and bought a TENS unit that helps very little. I have also had numerous ESI's in my L2-L3. I've seen 3 different back surgeons that have said there is nothing wrong with my back and surgery is not an answer. Please help!
