Hello I am 27 female that has been dealing with anxiety for 7 yrs now off and on... But jus in July it flared back up again but was never this bad or lasted this long. I have tingling in my hands and feet on the left side, chest pains ,back pain, headaches, terrible stomach aches, one point had a loss of appetite And lost weight. Now that I have my appetite back I can't eat without my stomach hurting badly. I've had all type of blood work done, ekgs, in and out the hospital three or four time a month. I don't know what else to do!!!! It's driving me insane. Sometimes I can't even get out of the bed. Now it has gotten to the point where I can't breath while I'm sleeping and find myself jumping up out of my sleep. I can't sleep even when I'm sleepy. This sucks and I feel like I'm dying... Feel like my dr is missing something. I jus wanna go bak to my normal self!! HELP PLEASE!!!

I get terrible chest pains. My heart races. For the past week it's been a daily thing that I can't breath. I had a panic attack today. Been to the ER numerous times. Heart tests MRI on my brain. Breathing tests which shows some asthma. But that's the only thing other then my anxiety which is kicking my butt. This has been going on for about 2 years but is getting worse. I just went to a psychiatrist and am on meds which is helping but had to switch last week so now I'm in the phase of adjusting to this one. It's hard but I'm here to talk!

it's like a light sitch, one minute you can feel pretty good and then the next on the floor crying, even a certain scene on the tv can bring it on, i only had a cple of panic attacks, i decided it was time to research and control them and it seems to have worked, but the symptoms you are discribing can be constant and for some for many weeks, they should subside but you have to try and control the racing thoughts and negative thinking, and that alone is a task ,but with correct help it can be done, take care
