hey everyone!
I've noticed lumpy round bumps below my tonsils and bumps on my oropharynx it's been 2 years already. Ever since I discovered them they remained same in size and number. I had given only 2 orals and they didn't last more than 3minutes. I also have constant muccus production and sinus problems in cold wet days. I have already seen 3 drs. (2GPs and 1 dentist) they said it's nothing and that my throat looks normal but I'm not sure since I don't remember seeing them there before or I simply never paid attention. The lumps under my tonsils are easily movable and they follow the arches when I stick my tongue out but remain out of the sight, back at the base. I'm having a dentist apt.tomorrow and I'm gonna ask her to check it out, meanwhile does it look like HPV? if not, what could it might be? P.s sorry for all the redness in photos, I just finished eating.

I've got the same situation. I've been told that it might be allergies and that's why you have the mucus production. due to the mucus it ceases irritation to the tissues in the back of the throat. pls keep us posted and good luck. due you have acid reflux?

thanks for your reply! I have seen a dentist today and I asked him about it, he checked it out and wasn't concerned at all, especially when I told him that I had already seen 2 GPs and asked for a 3rd opinion of an ENT by mailing her and sending few pics like these, she said that it looks normal and that there are no pathological changes in my throat. He was like "if your GP told you that it's nothing then you should be fine" 😑 I'm not sure if I have acid reflux, I do burp a lot and my stomach makes weird noises. The only symptom I have is a burning sensation in my throat usually when it's cold and wet outside or if I feel chilly, only then. I literally gave up today, 4 doctors is more than enough. 😂😂😂 I came across a site last night where ppl state that these bumps are a normal part of human anatomy. I could send the link to you if you want.

I just say it. thanks. the link looked like they were talking about other bumps. I've read that bumps on the back of the throat can be from acid reflux or allergies.

I have little round lumps under tonsils and on the arches. I think they were talking about those round lumps, and yeah as you can see I do have bumps on the back of my throat too, about those as far as I have read they are either normal part or caused by some sort of irritation like allergies, post nasal drip and reflux like you said, and no I don't ever get canker sores. ENT told me my throat looks normal and that I shouldn't be concerned at all, but I don't think I had that before.

well if you're doctor and the ent said not to worry, then try not to worry. trust me I know it's hard not to worry, but you gotta try.

Did you figure out what was the reason?
