throat infection? allergic reaction?

hi, about 8 months ago i had a bad throat infection which comes and goes still...I've seen specialists and nothing happened, they all said its not infected anymore bla bla. I got tested as well for STDS...

I keep getting these red dots on my roof of mouth almost twice-three times a week at random. I went to bed at 2:30am today and took a pic (first picture) and i woke up at 8:00am and took another picture and look at the difference...I've noticed every time i take my pre workout for the gym this comes after??? I looked it up and apparently L-Arginine and Nitric Oxide which are both in my pre workout sometimes have negative effects on people. can anyone help me?
