throat infection? what is this?

about 6-7 months ago i got a very bad throat infection out of no where and only on one side, fever, sore throat when swallowing or eating any food. After this my tonsils were infected along with sores under tongue...Lost my voice...So I saw my doctor and he swabbed me and nothing came back and he prescribed me penicilin to try and get rid of it. I've seen three different throat specialists since because whats in my mouth hasn't changed but I don't have a sore throat or any pain at all for the last 4 months. I sometimes also get a white tongue but i brush it twice a day and use listerine. This is a present picture of today on what it looks like. I saw one last week and he said it wasn't infected anymore but when it comes back call again and last resort they remove my tonsils... I've even seen my dentist about this and he checked me and said it was all normal. any one have similar throat issues? Again this came out of no where and its been on and off since. I had confusion about the red things in the back of my throat and apparently its just part of my lining but im just paranoid at this point i've caught something image
