Have been prescribed this yesterday can someone tell me is it any good ????? I'm nervous about taking it but feel I need something as I have all my symptoms returned. My periods stopped at 42 and I'm now 55 but feel awful hot flushes returned not sleeping well and severe mood swings. Can somebody tell me will this help??

i went back on mine the body aches and joint pains were severe off them.... so i have persevered for another month and now i notice at the exact time the aches started up last month and the month before they are beginning again. GP suggested some progynova as well. Took 1 last night. I have been feeling fantastic since restarting them, so much energy, enthusiasm to 'do stuff' ahahah getting all my house sorted for new year but now i can feel the prickly over body itch feeling coming on again and the achey joints.... hmmm so as well as some more vitamin D compounded monthly which helped i have been advised to take b`12. I am a bit tricky too as coeliac, and have the double gene for haemochromatosis so i can overload on iron. Gee i hope this year is better. Pam i tried natural remedies nothing really worked . Im 50 this year and definitely want it to be better than last year
