Tight foreskin when erect- 17 years old really need help
Posted , 2 users are following.
I am 17 years old and when erect i have never been able to fully retract the whole way down to the point where the tip is fully exposed. I masterbate often and it has never caused me any pain at all neither any signs of swelling. It is a sensitive topic for me and i'm really insecure about it as i thought it wqs normal for the tip to not be fully exposed on some people.
Help would be really appreciated, thanks guys.

So, the situation you are experiencing is very common thing for lots of young men. I experienced this myself and eventually was able to resolve the issue myself, even though I experienced Phimosis and Paraphimosis
Best thing is to look up the web site information by doing your own search, as I cannot post web addresses on here.
Take a look and initially try some of the exercises - you can then check back with me in your FORUM POST here if there is anything you need to check with me, or are unsure of ......

What you need to realise is that many men, across the millennia of time, have lived their entire life with penile issues more severe that what you have - the majority of these men probably would not even realise there was anything wrong, or even different about their penises.
Most would still go on to to be fathers and have a relatively enjoyable sex life. It is only in modern times where information can be shared easily that young men such as yourself have discovered others' penises are not the same as your own.
You need to take a progressive approach to the exercises on the wiki page - like a gym exercise, start real easy by just doing 4 or 5 of each twice a week or so.
After 3 weeks, as your penis begins to get used to being stretched, add another 3 repetitions of the exercises.
After 6 weeks progress to doing exercises with 2 rest days - add more repetitions and hold each stretch for slightly longer.
If you experience no problems, certainly after 6 months of doing exercises progress to doing exercises every other day - add a few more repetitions and hold each stretch slightly longer.
Never try to force change - what you are doing is building resilience and elasticity in the skin of the shaft of your penis, and in particular, in the skin of your foreskin - this is not something you can safely do within a few weeks or even months - steady progress is the way to do it !
If there is anything else you need to check with me in the months ahead simply update your Forum Discussion here and I will receive an email alert
