Sorry it's a late reply, thanks for your posts, I agree that it isn't worth getting upset about the stigma of depression. I find that regulating my breathing can help when I feel upset and negative, rather than wasting energy x

I agree the breathing excecises do help. Long slow brreathing in, hold, and lone breathe out through mouth. A few times, and the body does calm down. I have lived with this "stigma" for over 20 years, and have never ever hidden the fact I suffer from depression.
