Hi Fudgeybear1, I've had exactly what you are describing, I wish I knew why. Just too many symptoms with this horrible meno to deal with. I find when I'm trying to sleep the arms do not stop tingling. Maybe some nice lady can tell us she's experienced the same and it soon passed 😎

Hi again, all the usual stuff, sleeplessness one of the most upsetting as when you're tired things seem much harder to deal with, I've only lasted 2 weeks on HRT, it made my symptoms even worse 😩 X

Hi deborah, have you talked to your doc about trying a different form of hrt or different dose? i know everyone is different, but i was started on 1/4/16 on low dose estrogen gel daily & take progesterone tablets for 12days mth (on an emptyish stomach or they make you feel dizzy) & am getting on quite well with that dose/formula. (both low dose). hope this helps x

Fudgeybear, I had that sensation yesterday and also for a while today

I had migraine and vomiting on Friday night so I thought it may be related to that

    Probably just another meno symptom...great!!

No point in making yourself miserable worrying about all of these sensations or we would be worrying 24/7

    Take care

Only when I sleep and my arms are bent. I tend to sleep like that all the time so it's hard to change up for me. It's either another symptom of Peri menopause or I got some circulation issues. Doesn't happen all the time to me either, but maybe 2 or 3 times a week.

Hi Fudgebear,  It could be couple of things, and certainly meno could be one, but my hubby went through this, and his was carpol tunnel, it was almost impossible for him to lay down in bed, it got so bad, he had to sleep in his recliner, it held him in a different position, and he was able to sleep.  My Mom went through the same thing,  My arms and hands have started to do the same thing, but I have not been checked yet.  I tried to go off HRT due to my GP wanting me to go off...that did NOT work!!  I am back on now at 61...with NO plans on going off again!!  I am not about to go through that again!!!  LOL  Good Luck!

p.s. Hubby had surgery on both hands for the carpol (sp) tunnel, and is fine now.  Mom did as well...also fine now.  Me...who knows? LOL

I get them weekly, and in my feet too. Not sure if meno or not, but I made a rheumatologist appt to find out. Hopefully it's nothing!

I have had the tingling in the hands on and off, well in the right hand, everything seems to happen on my right side for some reason!
