Maybe you have a spine injury, and it's coming back to haunt you in menopause smile.

I had similar symptoms found it was a spine injury, tingling is usually a sign of athritis in the future if you don't get treated for it.

Tingling can be a sign of low B12 so you may want to get that checked.

You should never ignore one sided tingling or pins and needles. It could just be a peri symptom, but there are other things it could be and should be checked out.

Ive had tingling in my head and face .

Ive also get pins and needlesin my arms and legs i also get goose bumps and creepy crawley feelings as well.

Plus all other symptoms as well .

Its horrible peri my stupid dr hasnt tested me right for menapause . So have to get tested again.

Ive also had a double disc replacement in 2008 so some of the symptoms could be from that as well.
