Tingling sensation in head

Hi ive been getting burning. Tingling sensation in my head. It's there every day. Has anyone else experience this.

    Hi Desmond

    I get the tingling and numbness

    but not burning sensation,

    mainly late at night.

    Ive no idea what's causing it though.

      I've got to go neuroglist in April. All my doc want to do is stick me on amtrypline which I will not take lol.

      Let's hope neurologist finds out what's wrong.

      I'm on Amitriptyln andhelos with nerve pain so poss what's causing tingling.

      I can never get to see GP without something else being picked up.

      ie last week a viral infection was picked up I'd got about pain in my feet lol.

      So have to make another apnt takes weeks ..

      Doctors are nightmare to get in to. With head pain I don't think they take it seriously enough and think sticking u on pills is the answer. I shall ask if it a nerve problem. Cheers for that let's hope so 😀

      Yes they are a nightmare I only went as new patient as moved to new area.

      That's true I moved twice in 6 months

      so will be stressed..OK now though happy

      Just think its something to do with nerve pain I get in shoulder n my back..

      Joys of getting old n fat lol..

    Amytryptalene Desmond has some unpleasent side effects that will clear. Sometimes tingling may be felt as the medication sometimes is used in the treatment of nerve damage.

    It could also be effected by the dose you are taking, the twenty five mg dose can have unpleasent sensations in your mouth if not taken with water, or milk, I take the latter.

    If the sensations continue for a time discuss these sensations with your GP. It may be caused by your Anxiety
