Tiny circles are peeling on hands and feet

for almost a year my hands have been itchy irregularly. the skin thickens and then it peels in tiny circles on my palms and feet. there are no blisters. at first I picked at the itchy spots but nothing seemed to be there, no fluid from a blister or random critter. So I left them alone and still I have these round spots of peeling skin the size of a q-tip with the cotton removed. all the same size. no redness or tenderness even in its itchy stage.

    It sounds like a fungal infection or ringworm to me. Have you been tested for this? If it is really ringworm, an antifungal cream like Fugacil will help clear it in a few weeks.
