Hi everyone just a quick question, want to see if anyone else experiences these?
Throughout the day from the moment i wake up im tired, down, I get buzzing ears/head, headaches and plenty of other anxiety related symptoms, however at maybe about an hour before i go to bed it all seems to go. I am wide awake, ready to do all the things I would have done throughout the day etc. I just feel perfect and motivated.
It's annoying as i'm so tired through the day and basically crave my bed to go to sleep but as soon as im in it im wide awake and feel so calm and all my symptoms dissappear.
I dont know whether its just because i see it as a 'safe place', whether I like it because its dark (im quite sensitive to light), or if it could be something to do with adrenal fatigue if anyone knows what that is.
Im not worried about this, if anything its quite reassuring because i know nothing could be seriously wrong with me if i feel perfect at night. But it is annoying when i have work in the morning and i cant sleep at 2am because im so full of energy i should have used throughout the day!
If anyone gets this or has any ideas please let me know 😁 thank you
