Tired, weak, feelings like i'm going to pass out

Durring this menopause I have been feeling tired, weak having feelings like I'm going to pass out has anybody felt this way.

What helps with this may I ask because my urologist gave me estrogen cream so I don't get infections, I am having debates on it because I have heard that estrogen cream acts the same way as estrogen pills making females have anxieties and blood pressure problems.

I am againgst HRTs in any form because of being diabetic and I do not want to mess up my body any more with anxieties.

I am on a thyroid pill for low thyroid and I take other medications for diabetes, blood pressure, anxieties, and trazodone for sleep

Does anybody have any suggestions thank you.

Hi Susan I too feeling very very fatigued.  I went from 47 to 97 in like 6 months. cheesygrin I had vertigo for 6 brutal months.  I just started the B complex vitamins and I had the best energetic day ever.  They are supposed to help with perimenopause and PMS.  They calm the system down and are supposed to help cope easier.  This won't last forever dear although it seems that way.  xxoo

Hi dear. I know this menopause is expensive.  Keep trying different meds is an ongoing dilemma.   There are a lot of different things to try.  You will find your knack.  Lots of ladies on here trying different things.  Good Luck 🍀 xo

    Oh dear.

    I feel for you.

What suits one lady does not suit another.

I agree that when you are on medication for other things it's a fine line to start taking more medication in case it messes your system more. Hope you find a solution, this forum helps to share ideas.

      Hi Sue

This forum is good because it helps me to understand what is going on. My anxieties have gone down some but its the tiredness and weakness I feel.
